So far, we've had a quite challenging week with Liam being sick. He's had a cold and he's been teething at the same time. Naturally, his nights have been horrible with several wakings. Luckily, he's doing better now.

Lately, Liam has started to combine words. For example, last night in the tub, he said "där bubble" (there's the bubble). I've noticed that he'll use both Swedish and English words, but he'll often speaks too me in Swedish and Jason in English. For example, he'll ask Jason for "more" and me for "mera." I think this is pretty cool.

The past few days the weather has been really chilly by Florida standards. It's been about 10C on average (perhaps 5C during the night and 15C during peak sun). Today we went up to Boca to visit our dear friends Anna and Philip. We got excellent lunch and nice dessert.

Art Deco weekend

Today we met up with grandma and granpa Bagley down at South beach for art deco weekend. There were little stands everywhere with arts, crafts and latin food. It was very nice and as usual South beach feels like a different country. Afterwards, the grandparents came with us home and we had some people over for a barbeque. All in all, we had a great Sunday.

New playground!

We've had a great week so far. We've finally been able to hang out with Philip and Anna again after their trip to NJ and stomach flu. Tuesday, we went over to Naples at the spur of the moment. Also, there's a new playground very close to our house. This is very good news. The playground is huge and awesome, but unfortunately it lacks shade which will become a problem in a few months unless they plant some big trees or put up a canopy.

oh boy, another year to keep track of. I was already confused if it was 07 or 08. Time flies by so quickly now-a-days!
We celebrated new years out in our backyard. Viveka, Marcel, Ann-Sofie and Edny came by for dinner, and afterwards Jen, Al and their friends Lauren and Chris came over. We had a good time and we managed to stay awake past midnight.
